All that is evil makes man uncomfortable and the slightest fear has its roots on sin. It is a sensitive issue today to pass on the message of hating sin to the next person because sin is the delight of many. People would tell you that what you think or perceive as sin to you is not to them, and hating it makes no difference to you because it is in some else’s care. They claim that you are powerless to change another and therefore a useless toil to beat yourself up hating their behaviour or their way of being.

The Gospel of Jesus Christ is indeed not a tasty message to the pursuer of comfortable living in this world. That is why we see so much resistance to Christianity even to the point of bloodshed because one thinks that Christians are trying to force ideas or likes and dislikes upon another yet it is a command from God and not someone’s fancy.

God hates no one but sin and not the sinner, such that if man could get rid of sin, we would fear nothing at all. Why should we care if God hates sin? It is because God exists (Psalm 14:1-3) and demands for all to live a holy life (Hebrews 12:14). It is written, it is not my fancy; it is the Bible, not my private opinion; it is the Word of God, not of man. I once was advised by some theologian that I should not argue or entertain a person that does not believe that the holy Bible is inspired by God and therefore His true Word. I assume that advice today even for you that reads this post today. If you don’t believe in the Holy Bible, you may as well close this page.

In all this, Christians are called to love the sinner but not at all the sin. It is not an effort to get rid of rapists, gays, lesbians, liars and thieves but these sins. How do you show your love for them? Pray for them (“If anyone sees his brother commit a sin that does not lead to death, he should pray and God will give him life” – 1John.5:16), pray for their salvation (1 Jn.5:16) and exhort them to the truth (Matthew 28:19).

It is therefore a great privilege to take pleasure of calling God ‘My Father’. Saying ‘My Father’ is a child’s cry, not always for help but sometimes for attention. This cry has a full meaning to declare to observers and hearers that there is love shared amongst the two. It sounds a word of comfort to the caller. It is a title which the Lord loves to hear us use!

Believers from that as they have been given the right to being children of God (John 1:12), they can call to ‘My Father’ for the following:

• Repair in trouble
• Look up to Him in difficulty
• Cry to Him when in danger
• Ask from Him when in need

God Himself will respond in various ways, including the following:

• Speaking to you through the Holy Bible
• Try you by His providence
• Chasten you with His rod
• Purify and cleanse you
• Humbles and reproves you

His powers are visible in the following:

• He supports the world
• Controls the nations
• Chains up Satan
• Comforts the believer
• Pardons the backslider

I therefore exhort you to trust your Father’s Word, abide in your Father’s house, expect from your Father’s hand, and say in every trial:
“I will arise and go to my Father!”

Testify to Lost Souls

The parable of the Rich Man and Lazarus gives an interesting dimension of what a testimony should aim to achieve. Luke 16: 28, ‘for I have five brothers, that he may testify to them, lest they also come into this place of torment’. The message goes out to those in the land of the living because they still have a chance to escape the dreadful conditions of hell.

The cry is from one soul to whoever may take his message seriously. This damned soul knows that some people that are still alive may join him in hell and he’d be responsible for it. This means that by his behaviour and possibly his influence while on earth, he anticipates that some souls will be follow his teachings and end up in hell. The damns soul’s sinful works has landed him in a situation where he has to cry out, ‘I beg you therefore, that you would send him to my father’s house, for I have five brethren, that he may testify unto them – lest they also come into this place of torment!’ These words, particularly the word TESTIFY, has immeasurable intensity or forcefulness of expression.

Testifying therefore strongly stands against anyone that may stand against the testimony. It means to be constant, irresistible, undaunted, in case it should be opposed and objected against. If we review some of the scriptures where the word TESTIFY comes in the same manner. Firstly, when Jesus Christ identified His betrayer, the Holy Bible says that He had said a mouthful to His disciples but then He got troubled in His spirit and testified saying, ‘most assuredly, I say to you, one of you will betray Me’ (John 13:21). In verse 27, the Holy Bible says that this testimony led to Satan’s action of entering Judas Iscariot. This was and today should be typical of a real testimony. Secondly, ‘and to testify, that it is he who was ordained of God to be the judge of living and dead’ (Acts 10:42).

Testifying is therefore not an easy exercise. Think how challenging it is to persuade those who are in their sins in this world; the drunkard, the swearer, the liar, the adulterer, the embezzler, the false religion leader, the hypocrite, the murderer, the cheater, the thief, the covetous, or any ungodly people - that they must stop their practices at whatever level or they face damnation if they don’t turn and convert to God. It might even be worse if you tell them that many others that are in hell lived and died just in their condition, which inevitably mean that they also will not escape the punishment of hell. Many become angry of the messenger and condemn him of judging their deeds. Many do not yield to the invitation but go on in their evil ways. The Holy Bible gives us an example of an instance of an ungodly king that threatened to kill the messenger of God, ‘But the king interrupted him and said: Since when have I made you the king’s counsellor? Be quiet before I have you killed!’ said the ungodly king to the prophet, when he told him of his sins (2 Chronicles 25:16).

Therefore, he who says he gives a testimony or preaches on the Word needs to really testify, again and again, that their sins, if they continue in them, will damn them, and damn them again. And tell them again that their living honestly according to the law, their paying everyone their dues, their living quietly with their neighbours, their giving to the poor, their notion of the gospel, and saying they believe in Christ is not good enough and will do them no good at the Day of Judgment. All that will save them is accepting the Lord Jesus Christ as their saviour and living according to God’s commandments.

Demon

Hell was prepared for the giant devil and his angels, yet the tinny little human which is so precious to God, will be condemned to such a place by simply not observing God’s commandments. According to Bill Wease, a Christian man what was taken in a vision to see hell, demons are not only plentiful in hell but they are giants. Bill estimate that demons to be about 13 meters tall giants. He estimates that demons are about 1 000 times stronger than humans and there is absolutely no way human strengths can overpower the demons. Bill goes on to demons to be having a very poor IQ such that all they know is to forever torturing the soul they are assigned to.

Satan, being the commander in chief of demons should therefore be far more powerful and huge. I can widely estimate the strength of the devil to be so huge that he can command each of the billions of demons around and get things happening for his kingdom. He, the devil, could be immeasurably multiple times stronger than humans, far more than the 1 000 times estimated for demons.

Sin in hell is also expressed gigantically.

Therefore, if God had to prepare a place to punish giants, He had to make an equivalent type of punishment. For example, if you were to punish an elephant, you’d have to invest in something beyond your own personal capacity to make it effective yet if you were to punish a rat, you simply get a bucket of water and put it in. Hell is built to be severe and match the devil’s size and his tolerance to pain. Unfortunately, humans that do not abide to God’s commandments must take the same level of torture that was prepared for the devil. Imagine a rate having to an elephant’s share of torments. That’s exactly how server torments of hell are felt by human souls that dwell in that place.

The purpose really is not for you to be confused about my story or that of Bill Weise but to believe in the report of the Holy Bible as the true Word of the most high God. The call is simple for you to escape the tortures of hell by accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour while you live in this world. Beyond this life, it would be too late. How you receive salvation is simple, pray the prayer of salvation as guided by the Word of God, the Holy Bible. Read Romans 10:9 – 10.

The first person that sinned against God was Eve and then Adam. God never tolerated sin from that very first time man was found guilty of. God can never tolerate sin at any rate, it does not matter the type of sin committed.

Today’s Serpent

I believe that the same Satan that appeared to Eve in the Garden of Eden is the same one that deceives many even today. Satan knows that people know the good from evil and many do not want to practice obviously bad or evil sins. Remember the Holy Bible says that the serpent was cunning, and he still is even today. He therefore has his modern way of deceiving people, which is grading sins according to size and secrecy.

Sins that are small are those that deserve small or no punishment at all according to worldly standards. Even though it’s not good practice to grade sins, but I will do it for the purpose of getting my point across. Stealing a few minutes of time from your employer is an example that may not even be considered for punishment. Some people are good at telling just for their convenience. I believe your conscious is listing some more for you as you read along.

Secrete sins are those that one can do and never get caught or seen by the next person. Lots of such sins go on in the mind. However, watching pornography, exchanging vulgar language with others, ignoring the Word of God, and many more.

Today people sin under the conviction that God does not consider small and secrete sins as condemning to death. Such sins are often considered common practice and therefore not really serious. People bribe, steal, tell lies, rob, and do all sorts of evil and forget that God cannot be mocked (Galatians 6:7) and that what He says is sin shall remain His enemy for eternity. Unlike the time before Adam and Eve sinned, today people are wise enough to know the good from evil yet they still sin against God.

Be on the Alert

Satan knows that there is joy in living a life that is free from sin. He knows that falling into sin is not necessarily committing the ‘big sins’ slowly drifting away from holiness. I want to warn everyone that reads this article not to yield to Satan’s advice to do even the smallest or the most secrete of sins because there is everything to lose for each sin you commit.

Do not be deceived, a soul that sins shall die (Ezekiel 18:20). Salvation only comes by Jesus Christ and nobody else and salvation is free for all mankind. How then shall we be saved if we neglect such great salvation? (Hebrews 2:3-4).

Heaven's Beauty

My revelation on why we should be holy while living in this world point to the fact that being holy prepares one for heaven. Heaven in its nature is a holy place and those that want to dwell in it must therefore be holy.

Think about it. How can a person that die full of love for sin turn to enjoy holiness in heaven after death? John Bunyan in his book ‘Revelations of Heaven and Hell’ mentions a scene he observed in hell where one person had hopes to turn to God at the very last minute of his life. This lost soul managed to pray the prayer of salvation in his death bed but found that it was too late, holiness had not consumed him. This person most likely died in utmost hate for believers that have holiness qualities and therefore how can he now feel comfortable living in a Christian environment for eternity? Death works no change. The grave makes no alteration. Each will rise again with the same character in which he breathed his last. Where will our place be if we are strangers to holiness while we live?

If an unholy person would enter heaven, he would be bored and have nothing to do at all. He would have nothing to enjoy. Find saints to be boring and have no one to enjoy their company. He would find that the pleasures of the saints are not his pleasures, their character not his character.

Obviously, an unholy man thinks that praying, Scripture reading and hymn singing is a burden and stupid. He counts Sunday services as a burden and weariness and therefore cannot spend more than a small part of it in worshiping God. But then heaven is a never–ending Sunday service. According to the book of revelations, the inhabitants thereof rest not day or night, saying, “Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty,” and singing the praise of the Lamb. This is total contradiction of lifestyle, likes and dislikes.

We are almost certain that David, Paul, Silas, John, Peter and a lot of other saints are in heave, do you think that an unholy man would delight in meeting these saints, saints that spoke against all forms of unholy practices.   Would the unholy man stand before Jesus Christ with confidence and join in the cry, “This is our God . . . we have waited for Him, we will be glad and rejoice in His salvation” (Isaiah 25:9)?

I do not know what others may think, but to me it does seem clear that heaven would be a miserable place to an unholy man. Therefore, if you hope to go to heaven one day, consider living a holy life from now on in preparation for your eternal life. Start today to prepare for heaven, be fit for home.

The World is Hard on Christians

Christians are not of this world and therefore not the world’s favourite. Paul warns in Romans 8:36 that ‘For your (Christ) sake we are killed all day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter’. Christians must expect that for them this condition holds even to the point of death.

I like visiting the site psychologytoday.com and this time I saw an article ridiculing the manner in which a Christian lady died. The tone of the article and the content does not only displays ridicule to the lady but also harass and the messengers of the full and true gospel. The article is titled, ‘Do you really believe in Heaven?’ The author of this article knows the lady to have been good at following the rules and tithing weekly. This lady did not fear death but how she died makes the author of the article believe that when we Christians say that we shall enter eternal rest in heaven is a joke.

Below is an extract on how the author defines how the Christian lady was diagnosed with some complicated ailment, how he likes it that the lady had been attached by the sickness and how he enjoyed observing how this lady died.

“Anyway, in the fullness of time, her physician discovered a very serious symptom. Lab work was done and she was told not to buy any green bananas. Finally, it seemed, all her years of walking the line and handing over ten percent of her worldly goods were about to pay off. I actually thought about calling to say how happy I was for this turn of events. Good thing I didn’t. Suddenly no treatment was too expensive and no procedure was too painful. Of course it made no difference and the end came despite her kicking and screaming.”

Persecuted Christians

I also want to affirm that demons influence people to persecute, harass and kill messengers of true Christianity. If you believe in revelations and visions like I do, you will know that the story of a young Korean artist was taken by the Lord Jesus Christ on a casual visit to hell is true. The story is covered in the page ‘Pictures from the Pit’. A painting of how this happens is shown in the image on the side.

This is just one millions of examples that people do to bring down the true religion of Jesus Christ, no realising that they are under the influence of demonic forces. As a child of God and an ambassador for Christ, don’t be deceived but know that you will time to time be faced with some form of persecution for your belief in Christ. Count it all joy as Jesus Christ told us.

Tithes and Offering

Tithes are a tenth of a person’s earnings that should be given to God in church while offerings are free will giving. Tithes and offerings are an obligation for individuals and that is not questionable. Why? Because the Holy Bible says so. The question then becomes, should businesses do the same?

First of all, it is not allowed for a Christian to run a business that is directly sin based. This includes bottle stores, selling drugs, prostitution, etc. Christians should also not practice illegal business practices such as child labour, underpaying workers, etc. The Word of God says that Drunkards will not inherit the kingdom of God (1 Corinthians 6:9-10).

. A business owner is not only the owner but also an employee in the business. The employee pays tithes from the gross salary (and dividends if a shareholder) while the business pays from profits.

Your profit is revenue that remains after all expenses have been deducted. Normally, this is settled on an annual basis. Please note that government tax should not be counted as an expense in this instance and therefore the tithe should be based on profits including taxes, which means that your tithe comes from your business gross just like individuals are expected to do.

In any case, people of the New Testament are expected to give generously (Acts 2:25) and cheerfully (2 Corinthians 9:6). The tenth is actually the minimum you should pay but you can give more.

Comfort from being Hated

I have a feeling that someone I work with strongly has unfriendly feelings towards me. She simply hates me, period. You know how it makes you feel? You feel like testing with others around to see if you can still secure some comfort of being loved by some other people. That’s how I just felt in a few minutes.

But hey, coming to think of it. Even if she hates me, she must not stop me from loving her. The hate she expresses should not make me feel less of a human or even want to leave my space. I deserve some space anywhere I’m legally allowed to tremble. Even if it means spending the whole day in front of this person that hates me, even when it means she spits on me. I also must know that hate comes from the devil and therefore not blame the person but pray for her to be released from the spirit of hate. I also should know that I could find myself hating someone someday and therefore should pray that God stops me from doing it. Most importantly, that she hates me should not stop me from serving my God. She only is a human like me and she has no power to put me in hell even though she would manage to kill my body. The Holy Bible exhorts us not to fear people that have no power to put the soul in hell.

I’m reminded of Bill Wease who one day was taken to hell on a visit by the Lord Jesus Christ. Bill reports that the hate from the devils was so severe and none such has ever been experienced in this world. The devils / demons hate with a passion all that has relations to God. That is why I still feel like the hate she has given me is nothing at all compared to the hate the devil and his demons have for me. So, the hate this lady gives me makes me appreciated the love of Christ that is overbearing for me.  

Again, I have learnt that in most cases people that hate you end up loving you more than the people that have always loved you. It almost always is a matter of time. However, even when the love part never comes, the soul that hates often gives up hating and realise the uselessness of hating.

Lastly, I could be missinterpreating the gestures of this lady and making false perceptions, of which I would sorry for I its was the case.
