A debt people will be in hell for even when they could have afforded paying for it

Sin Will Find You OutEach sin you can think of has claimed billions of people in hell. Many sins mentioned in the Bible but many still are communicated individually by the Holy Spirit through the conscious. Countless as sins are, they can be classed into three;

  1. Sins of commission – doing something you should not do. Examples include fornication, adultery and theft.
  2. Sins of omission – not doing what you should be doing. Examples include preaching the Gospel, not giving offerings and not trusting in God.
  3. Sins of the mind – God will judge us for our thoughts. Even if we do not do what we think, but we are in sin if our thoughts conflicts with the will of God. Examples include sexually lusting after someone, devising corruption plans and fantasizing on evil thoughts.

The required standard of Holiness, Righteousness and Truth is too high but should be met

Open BibleThe truth of the matter is as declared by David that if God were to mark our transgressions, nobody would stand (Psalm 130:3). However, the Lord God is just to judge fairly and that is what makes the standard of holiness, righteousness and truth be a required effort for everyone to make it to Heaven. Many people including those that call themselves Christians say that human effort is not what will make people enter into heaven. I differ because some Holy Bible verses from those that have walked the Christian life confirm that an effort is required. Consider the following verses:

  1. Paul speaking in the book of 2 Corinthians 9:27 (NLT) says, “I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should. Otherwise, I fear that after preaching to others I myself might be disqualified”. This is clear indication that those that preach can be disqualified if they don’t make an effort to please God. If you search the internet for testimonies of those that have had divine revelations about the afterlife, hell in particular, they will tell you that there are many Christians lamenting why they ignored the small sins they committed that landed them in hell.
  2. Instructing those who will follow Christ, Paul in Philippians 2:12 says, “…continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling”. Working out something is not an automatic thing; it is indeed putting an effort into that particular thing. In this case, it is working out one’s salvation.
  3. God Himself gives commandments for man to keep. You will agree with me that the Holy Bible is full of verses that are an instruction to mankind to observe something. Jesus confirmed the same when He said, “…If you want to enter life, keep the commandments” (Matthew 19:17).

For the sake of righteousness and its importance, I won’t watch pornography

HolyRighteousness is closely related to holiness yet both are equally important for perfecting the believer for Heaven. Before I go to the definition of righteousness, I want to justify my reasons for choosing pornography as a sin that takes away righteousness. This is not to say that it is the only sin neither to say it is the worst of all sins.  You may substitute the word pornography for any other sin you think of.

Firstly, pornography is tricky such that some people participate in it without knowing it. I wrote an article on my view on this subject in the post ‘be careful of disguised adult content or pornography’. This is true when you study the definition of the word. Photos, videos, artwork, audio, television programmes, can be instruments for pornography. I am a witness to the fact that more than 90 percent of movies played on television has at least one sexual sin.

Be careful of disguised adult content or pornography

Position on Porn for ChristiansAdult content, commonly known as pornography, is not always explicit and if you are not careful you may find yourself participating unaware. The form of participation differs in many ways. Some share indecent photos, others watch it and others talk it. The definition of the word pornography does support the noting that it can be spoken.

Pornography is often disguised in magazines, television programmes, newspapers, advertisements, art, animation, etc. Pornography is a cancer that can be shared and spread underground yet so successfully. What then is the message for the believer that wants a pure life before God? It means they should live a life of carefulness and self-discipline (1 Corinthians 9:27).

It will be painful for Disobedient Christians when they die and don’t make it to heaven

The aim of this article is to help Christians realize that they also with be judged with the same measure like everybody else. This is to me as well. God will not compromise His standard for any human. Only those that wait for Him will make it for heaven when He comes.

How painful it will be when some Christians die only to find that they don’t make it to heaven. This will befall all Christians that have been disobedient to God’s warning and chastening.

Watch out for the Dominant Defiling Spirit of Nudity

spirit of nudity in the church todayThe Spirit of nudity is prevalent all over the world today and it destroys a Christian’s holiness position. It dominates the world such that anyone can hardly avoid it. It is freely promoted and accessible from almost any bookshop, store, countless websites, in social networks, on television, and everywhere. The spirit of nudity comes to the Christian in a disguised form and often surprises him or her when they find themselves trapped in indulgence to it. Exactly the  devil’s objective, ‘tricking believers to get involved in the worldly practices of nudity’.

How you indulge is by watching nudity in any of its forms, by being nude in public or in inappropriate places, wearing clothes that reveal sensitive parts of your body, buying and keeping things that will make you yearn to participate in nudity. Many don’t like discussing the issue on nudity because it touches some areas of their comfort. I wouldn’t be surprise if many would ridicule and dismiss this post.

Holy living to Connect and Retain Believers

Yusuf_Estes_Bekeerlingendag_2013The life of a Christian should be an example to the world and all that want to know Christ should see Him in His followers. If you are a Christian but live a non-Christ like life, you are doing disservice to the kingdom of God. Being a true Christian is not an easy life but God is all powerful to give us strength to live a holy life. Some pastors and preachers of the Gospel are living a double life and evidence of their unholy living is spread out to the world through various means. I know one website that is fond of spreading such news in Nigeria (kaynaija.com) and many such websites exist.

I would like to remain relevant to the religious space in this article by giving an example of a Christian pastor that turned to Islam because he found his Christian counterparts to be living a lie, Yusuf Estes. I have watched his videos on youtube.com where he states his reasons for converting to Islam. The channel for his coverage is Muhammad Abdulaziz. Amongst many reasons he gives there is one that directly talks about Christian pastors living a lie. He himself claims that he was a Christian pastor at one point but later converted to Islam. In some of his videos, he says that when he asked questions to his fellow pastors they would not give answers but simply say ‘it doesn’t matter as long as the people believe what they (as pastors) say’. This behaviour contributed to loosing Yusuf Estes to Islam. Continue reading

There is likelyhood that there are Less Woman in Heaven – Victoria Nehale

hellI believe the claim that there are less woman that make it to heaven is true and I will share with you why. Today are many divine revelations, testimonies, claims and philosophies that reveal the afterlife state of affairs. Some are false and some are true. I use the Bible to check authenticity and I also pray for God’s conviction on the matters. The other thing I do is research more on a particular revelation and see if there any supporting other visions or testimonies. I have done my assignment and found that woman have lots of things that defile them and make them unfit for heaven, thus it is very likely that the Kingdom of God has less woman than men.

The article before this one ‘How to be sure you are living a holy life‘ has justified why I believe in revelations of the afterlife. I know there are critics and some simply dismiss the visions but agree to the reality of holiness as the only way to make it for heaven (example site: ). I will introduce just one of the many that claim to have been taken by Jesus Christ into the afterlife, and I believe their report.

How to be sure you are living a holy life

Holiness is not relativeHoliness is not relative and whatever is regarded as holy conduct in the United States of America should be the same for all other countries and the reverse is true. Many times people will justify their conduct based on their religious beliefs, geographical location, culture, the environment and many other things. The call to holiness has been set by God the Father as the only requirement for inheriting the Heaven.

If you are to follow this topic and find an answer, you have to believe in dreams and visions. God used dreams and visions (visions are “waking dreams”; see Numbers 24:4) several times in the Bible to communicate with people. In the Old Testament, Abraham (Genesis 15:1), Abimelech (Genesis 20:1-7), Jacob (Genesis 28:10-17), Joseph (Genesis 37:1-11), Pharaoh’s cupbearer and baker (Genesis 40), Pharaoh (Genesis 41), Samuel (1 Samuel 3) had dreams and visions while in the New Testament it was Zacharias (Luke 1:5-23), Joseph (Matthew 1:20; 2:13), Pilate’s wife (Matthew 27:19), Ananias (Acts 9:10), Cornelius (Acts 10:1-6), Peter (Acts 10:9-15) and John whose experiences are covered in almost all the book of Revelation.

What is holiness and how does it feel?

Holiness Defined Biblically

The Holy Bible Defines Holiness

This is a question that many people want answers to because it is the essence of Christianity. Doubtless, holiness is the key to opening Heaven’s doors and settling there after this life, says the Bible in Hebrews 12:14.

The fear of the Lord that is lacking (Psalms 112:1)

Fear the Lord and keep His commandments.

Fear the Lord and keep His commandments.

The Words that are comforting to the believer in this portion of scripture is that ‘the one who fears the Lord is blessed’. Almost everywhere in scripture the fear of the Lord is emphasised. Theme supporting scriptures include Proverbs 1:7 and Psalms 111:10.  These verses tell us, the living people, to fear the Lord or God. However, people still don’t care what the Bible says about fearing the Lord.

Ultimate power to conquer sin – Pull the Plug!

Sin and temptation, pull the plug to deal with them.

Sin and temptation, pull the plug to deal with them.

Sin is a snare and the devil will never stop tempting you. It is true that you may win against the devil several times but unless you are routed and always willing to pull the plug, you may not sustain your holiness long. The Bible warns us that he moves around roaring like a lion looking for someone he may devour. It is also true that the devil knows that his time is limited and that the more souls he wins, the more damage he makes to the Kingdom of God.

What Holiness is and what it is not – Ephesians 5:1 – 2

Holiness Defined Biblically

The Holy Bible Defines Holiness

Holiness is not being perfect but it has a lot to do with the attitude towards sin. I believe that it is a Christian’s privilege to attain a state in which he or she is entirely free from sin, both inwardly and outwardly. This is not to say that evil and vicious suggestions from the mind and other people will not be made to the holiness pursuer but that he or she is expected not to yield nor be sympathetic with the suggestions.

Living a Holy Life does not mean living Outside the World

Christians must live a holy life in the same defiled world

LIving pure in the World

All people are called by God to live a holy life but it does not mean that they must exit the world to live in some space of their own. For that reason, you will notice that the holy Christians also identify with the following life reality issues:
