Why do pastors speak to demons when praying for people?

Whenever you open a Christian television channel, you most likely will see a pastor praying for the sick or demon possessed. Sometimes it’s only a clip but it is often something that is featured. Often, the pastors entertain the demon by asking questions and giving instructions and letting the congregation watch the session.

Demons want to take you, your pastor and everybody else to hell

laughing_demon_by_nis_staack-d5b4x44Demons are all over the place with one mission ‘taking people to hell at all cost’. Why do they do this? The answer is straight forward, ‘it comes from their hate for you because you and me still have a chance that they will never ever get, that is, getting to Heaven through the blood of Jesus Christ’. God did not spare them when they sinned but casted them into hell and committed them to chains of gloomy darkness until the judgment (2 Peter 2:4). Just as you have read this far, they will influence you to stop reading and make you doubt this message.

This message is not for you to reason about because it is a reality, and not believing does not change the truth. My plea, in fact the Bible pleads so in 1 Peter 5:8 (be alert and sober mind…), is for you to be tolerant of this message until the end of this post. Some people just switch off when the message of demons is shared, that is when the last portion of the verse apply (….Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour). Be therefore sober because rejecting and having judgmental thoughts about this message is how the devil keeps many away from the truth. Jesus does not want you to be ignorant of the spiritual world and that is why there are so many indicators and manifestations of the afterlife or spiritual world.
